We have a variety of products from which you can choose. Some items ship from our warehouse, while others will ship to you directly from our suppliers. We make every attempt to provide detailed processing and shipping information in the product’s description. In addition, the following policies also apply.

  • We currently only ship within the United States.
  • We are not able to ship to PO boxes or military APOs.
  • Orders may require up to seven days to process, after which time we will ship and provide you with tracking numbers. While never a guarantee, we make every attempt to process orders on the same day and ready them for shipping depending on the day and time of the order. Custom orders may require 30 days or more to process.
  • We use the most cost-effective method for shipping based on shipment size and weight, shipping requirements, and market conditions. Shipping times can range from one to 14 days and, in rare cases, up to 30 days depending on the origination of the shipment. However, while never a guarantee, most orders tend to ship and deliver within five days.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping Costs

Our goal is to maintain affordability. That’s why we price our products as competitively as possible and, in many instances, our prices are among the lowest in the market. We also use the most economical shipping methods. In addition, we apply these shipping policies.

  • We reserve the right to waive shipping costs during the checkout process.
  • Orders ship via ground shipping within the contiguous United States.
  • Some restrictions and applicable surcharges apply when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories. We will provide you with applicable surcharges, shipping options, and rates in the shopping cart at checkout or via email after checkout.
  • There are no hidden charges or handling fees once you place your order with us.
  • We charge sales taxes in those states that require us to do so.
  • Certain products may have special handling and shipping requirements. We will make note of this exclusion on applicable product descriptions, so please be alert and read the product information carefully.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.

Expedited Shipping

If you need to upgrade your shipment from standard ground for an expedited delivery, please contact our customer service department at service@acshomeaccent.scom for assistance and a shipping quote.

Tracking Your Order

We will send you an email when your order leaves the warehouse and is on its way. The email confirmation will include a tracking number that allows you to check the status of your shipment at any time using the Track Your Order link at the bottom of any page. You can track your order status using either the order number or tracking number provided in the email.
